SUBJ: What are Socio-political examples THAT MAY HARM URBAN GROUND RESORT & RESIDENCE?

To Whom It May Concern,
As previously expressed, the Founder and President of Village
Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, is a former federal career employee turned
whistleblower and as a result of retaliation and reprisal, on April 14, 2009,
began to file a series of complaints alleging discrimination and reprisal for
whistleblowing on the bases of Race (African American), Color (Black), Gender
(Male), Sexual Orientation (Gay), and Hostile Work Environment that has led to
a series of ongoing litigation and complaints.
As unfortunate as it may be, we believe, in further acts of
retaliation, we have reasonable grounds to believe that hostile actions or an
attempt at a hostile takeover of Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, or any
of the Company's we manage, own, and operate, may be present, to include the
operations of the City of Urban Ground Resort & Residence for his actions
taken during his former career and his perceived positions regarding Village
Resorts Hospitality Group operations.
While we understand that disagreements are at times inevitable,
racism can be destructive and Urban Ground Resort, LLC, does not condone,
foster, or tolerate an environment of direct or covert racism which may lead to
a disruption in our environment. The City of Urban Ground Resort &
Residence is a community built on respect for community, resort, self,
residents, employees, and Guests.
Examples of structural socio-political factors that can lead to a disruption
within the environment include security, poverty, national wealth, income
inequality, social integration and political conflicts to name a few, and Urban
Ground Resort, LLC, to include Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, and the
Company’s they may manage, own and operate, are legally registered as California
Limited Liability Company’s and not a race based or social movement
organization.
It is Our position that a political, religious, or racial
endorsement or disapproval of the above is an endorsement that sends a message
to non-adherents that they are outsiders, not full members of a political,
racial, or religious community, and an accompanying message to adherents that
they are insiders and favored members of a political, racial, or religious
community, and such endorsements are not in line with Our Mission Statement. Irregardless
of the politician, pastor, or poor person Urban Ground Resort, LLC, to include
Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, and the Company’s they may manage, own
and operate does not adhere to social, political, or religious movements.
The Conduct of The City of Urban Ground Resort & Residence depends
in large on the rules, laws, and regulations that govern how Urban Ground
Resort & Residence operates and social, political, and religious movements
are defined as an organized effort by a body of people, organizations,
institutions, or governments organized to achieve a particular goal usually
social, political, or religious and in most cases social movements may be
carried out to exact a social change, resist social change, or undo social
change and Urban Ground Resort, LLC, is a social, political, and religious free
organization who’s conduct of business is guided by our intent, purpose, and
mission statement.
While the assimilation of the LGBTQ community into mainstream
America began many years ago the very concept of Urban Ground Resort &
Residence is to preserve the gay culture as the distinction between gay, LGBTQ,
and straight culture has become so blurred, and in some ways fractured, it has
been described that “the very concept of gay culture may one day disappear
altogether” and as a legal right Urban Ground Resort, LLC, to include Village
Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, and the Company’s we may manage, own, and
operate have curated a privately owned property known as the City of Urban
Ground Resort & Residence as our way in preserving what has been described
as a declining gay culture.
Urban Ground Resort, LLC, does not adhere to social, political, or
religious movements irregardless of the politician, pastor, or poor person and the
conduct of our business depends in large on the rules, laws, and regulations that
govern how the City of Urban Ground Resort & Residence operates and not the
perceptions, opinions, and misapplication of perceptions and opinions from
politicians, pastors, or poor people.
Respectfully, no other man or woman runs Village Resorts
Hospitality Group, LLC, to include Urban Ground Resort, LLC, as both are led by
our President, Oliver B. Mitchell III, who is responsible for running all
facets of the business with well over 30 years in corporate retail, government,
and entertainment industry experience and we are confident that the President
of Urban Ground Resort, LLC, has built a business, resort, and gay community
that is free of fear and oppression.
Urban Ground Resort, LLC, has carefully curated an environment
that favors social recreation, stimulation, and social activity as we champion
an environment free of fear and oppression as our way in preserving what has
been described as a declining gay culture.

Group, LLC, is a legally registered California Limited Liability Company and
