Urban Ground Resort, LLC, is a newly formed limited liability company on April 19, 2022, Entity Number 202250314400 in the State of California operating under the doing business as (DBA) Urban Ground Resort & Residence, with an Employer Identification Number issued on January 27, 2022, as a dual purpose, commercial resort and PRIVATE residence “privately owned” by Urban Ground Resort, LLC, that operates as a commercial gay resort and private residence established to promote recreation, tourism, working, hotel, and housing accommodations, within the urban gay demographic AND BROADER GAY DEMOGRAPHIC while maintaining their current Operating Agreement, which was signed, serialized, and notarized on February 23, 2022, as the Operating Agreement for Urban Ground Resort, LLC, now doing business as Urban Ground Resort & Residence.
