The Department of Operations at Urban Ground Resort & Residence focuses on the development, design, and function of Urban Ground Resort and Urban Ground Residence with an emphasis on design, innovation, land use, the built environment, and the infrastructure of Urban Ground Resort & Residence, including air, water, transportation, communications, resident and guest safety, and all required and necessary infrastructure.
The Planning Division within the Department of Operations is responsible for conducting and reviewing project proposals for compliance with all zoning ordinances, general planning, and local municipal codes. At the same time, our Operations Division is responsible for the operations and maintenance of Urban Ground Resort and Urban Ground Residence infrastructure and the administration of many of our services and programs.
