Urban Ground Resort & Residence functions as a multiple use land use property that operates year round as a commercial gay resort and private gay residence established to promote recreation, tourism, working, lodging, and housing accommodations within a gay demographic in which Urban Ground Resort & Residence itself is surrounded by a perimeter/boundary wall situated on an estimated 1000 +/- acres of land seeking to blend, develop, and construct new residential and commercial land uses in a non-existing area of a proposed region of Southern California in hopes of creating a new recreational and tourist destination of the proposed property establishing Urban Ground Resort & Residence within its own geographical location.

Urban Ground Resort & Residence is a dual purpose, commercial gay resort and private gay residence “privately owned” by Urban Ground Resort, LLC, that offers their Guests access to Urban Ground Resort & Residence amenities, activities, products, goods, and services which are completely situated on Urban Ground Resort & Residence property and are deemed “privately owned” public accessible spaces for the purpose of defining these spaces.

For example, the roads outside Urban Ground Resort & Residence leading to the entranceway of Urban Ground Resort & Residence are open to the public and are maintained by the municipality in which Urban Ground Resort & Residence may be situated, whereas the Urban Ground Resort entrance and exit ways, the Urban Ground Resort, the Urban Ground Residence, the Urban Ground Business Park, the Urban Ground District, the Redlight District, the Blvd, the Stadium, the Arena, and all other infrastructure to include its designated roadways, walkways, and parking areas on the grounds of Urban Ground Resort & Residence, is private property, privately owned, operated, and maintained by Urban Ground Resort, LLC, open to its designated demographic within the public on an invitational and commercial basis by which entering Urban Ground Resort & Residence our Guest agree to abide by our Company rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Urban Ground Resort & Residence maintains a set of standard operational procedures as general property rules that are an intended and permitted use as a non-exhaustive list. We reserve the right to deny admission, prevent entry or require a person already admitted to leave Urban Ground Resort, Urban Ground Residence or any part thereof, without refund, liability or compensation, for failure to comply with any of these rules, for unsafe, illegal or offensive behavior, to ensure safety, security or order, or if we consider that the circumstances otherwise so require, in our sole and absolute discretion consistent with applicable law.
