SUBJ: ASSAULT AGAINST THE PRESIDENT

On the evening of November 1, 2023, the Founder and President of Urban Ground Resort, LLC, Oliver B. Mitchell III, were physically assaulted by an individual who claimed to be sixteen (16) years of age who were caught in an uncompromising situation, who in his best defense then accused Mr. Mitchell of being a pedophile.

The incident is described as a sexually motivated hate crime and is currently under investigation. At this time evidence strongly suggest this act may have been planned, staged, or coerced and we believe there are mitigating circumstances involving accusations made by Mr. Mitchell stemming from whistleblowing disclosures made during his prior federal career. Per Mr. Mitchell, he has decided to press charges against all known and unknown individuals in light of statements made by the perpetrator while video surveillance evidence clearly shows the perpetrator was in the wrong and the accusations of Mr. Mitchell being a pedophile being baseless.

As a result of this unfortunate and continuing string of events Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, and Urban Ground Resort, LLC, owner and operator of Urban Ground Resort & Residence are considering implementing a 21 and over policy resort and residence wide on the property of Urban Ground Resort & Residence. These unfortunate events we believe are an orchestrated attempt and at this time life endangerment charges are being filed with the appropriate authorities for further investigation.
