Hospitality is defined as "the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers" and the Mission Statement of Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, "is to provide the ultimate resort experience” and through our Mission Statement, Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, has carefully curated environments that are stylish, upbeat, and modern as we strive to provide an environment free of fear and oppression by offering our Guest our version of an ultimate guest and resort experience.
As indicated on August 24, 2021, the success of Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, is measured by my attempt to develop products, goods, and services that are aligned with my Company's goals and strategies.
As the Founder and CEO of Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, despite my legal woes that have expressly hampered my ability to carry forward the vision and mission of Village Resorts Hospitality Group properties, I and Village Resorts Hospitality Group remain firm and committed to offering a venue open to all Guest of all Nationalities regardless of race, color, religion, origin, gender, and sexual orientation with the exception of Urban Ground Resort & Residence which is designated as a luxury gay male resort and private residence marketed towards the black and urban gay community first while open to a broader gay community.
As the Founder and CEO of Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, because of an incident that occurred over a decade ago in which I exposed alleged misconduct, dishonesty, and illegal activity during the Obama Administration occurring within my organization, I continue to be singled out for discrimination, reverse discrimination, racism, reprisal, and excessive judicial punishment resulting in a disruption in my attempt to offer the ultimate resort experience.
The vulnerability I face has resulted in unsolicited and hostile attempts which have influenced the operations of my organization hindering my success and long-term goals. I have reasonable grounds to believe that hostile actions or an attempt at a hostile takeover of Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, or any of the Company's I may own, operate, and manage, continue.
The continued attacks against me, I believe, are directly related to my role and involvement in related and past incidents. As a former federal employee turned whistleblower my disclosures sparked national discourse that have resulted in unsolicited and hostile attempts which have influenced the operations of my organization.
Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, and the Company’s I may manage, own, and operate, from time to time may use social media as a form of advertising, marketing, and promotion. The use of social media has been known to create and invite vulnerabilities in fraud creating unfair competition where employees and consumers can be misled or result in deceptive trade practices that can alter or restrict a company's attempt to engage in the exchange of trade and commerce.

Unfair competition can result in dishonest and fraudulent rivalries in trade and commerce and damage intellectual property. Unfair competition addresses circumstances where employees and consumers can be misled or result in deceptive trade practices that can alter or restrict a company's attempt to engage in the exchange of trade and commerce. Acts of unfair competition are generally characterized by acts of deception, bad faith, fraud, and oppression severe enough that the victim is thwarted or prevented from successfully engaging in trade. Unfair competition covers many subjects; however, a variety of the most common is trademark infringement, false advertising, unauthorized substitution, bait and switch, the misappropriation of trade secrets, and rumor-mongering to name a few.
Intellectual property theft refers to the robbing of ideas, inventions, and creative expressions (intellectual property). The most common types of Intellectual Property theft include trade secrets, trademarks, copyrights, and patents. Intellectual Property can include everything from proprietary products, goods, services, and parts, to movies, music, web content, business processes, inventions, literary, artistic works, symbols, names, images, and designs used in commerce and software that are considered “creations of the mind.” The robbing of intellectual property can result in dishonest and fraudulent rivalries in trade and commerce and damage intellectual property.

The impact of unfair competition goes far beyond Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, and the Company’s I may manage, own, and operate, to include myself. Unfair competition and the effect can negatively impact my business model, severely impacting my goals and strategies resulting in an inferior product limiting my ability to fulfill my Mission Statement.
While combating fraud and dishonesty in the conduct of trade and commerce, Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC continues to address systemic issues related to the conduct of my business. This vulnerability to fraud and dishonesty can sometimes result in unsolicited and hostile takeover attempts, which can influence the operations of my organization and influence corporate decision-making, hindering our success and long-term goals.
As the Founding Member (Oliver B. Mitchell III) of Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, I were appointed as the initial Director and as a permanent member of the Board of Directors to serve thereon and the impact of unfair competition resulting in hostile takeovers go far beyond myself. I have contributed significantly to curating environments that are stylish, upbeat, and modern and as CEO, I contend all hostile takeover attempts are disavowed and Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, and the Company’s I may manage, own, and operate disavow any perceived discrimination, reprisal, and retaliation against myself for being African American, including my sexual orientation (gay), perceived positions regarding Village Resorts Hospitality Group operations, and my past performance which led to disclosures that sparked national discourse.
Unfair competition and leaked information can result in a change of control. Such a coercive tactic can negatively impact my business operations, giving my rivals an opportunity to prepare a competitive response to the detriment of my business as a new entrant into the field of hospitality.
Lastly, as a gay African American man and the CEO of Urban Ground Resort, LLC, the owner and operator of Urban Ground Resort & Residence, I continue to be singled out for my perceived positions regarding Urban Ground Resort & Residence operations.
While Urban Ground Resort & Residence is a gay established establishment, Urban Ground Resort & Residence were first created aimed at the black gay male and urban gay male demographic first, meant to fill a necessary void within the market of gay resorts aimed at a gay male urban demographic. Urban Ground Resort welcomes those within the broader gay community as Guests of Urban Ground Resort as we do not discriminate and discrimination will not be tolerated, but our marketed audience remains that of the black gay male and urban gay male community as it’s meant to fill a necessary void in a non-existent market.
Urban Ground Resort welcomes those outside our normal marketed audience but ask that all Guests adhere to the Resort rules and policies at all times. Genders opposite of men may be denied access or entry into areas or areas designated strictly for men.
Urban Ground Resort adopts policies specific to and in accordance with other gay resorts and gay male resorts as these locations are specifically designed for men who are seeking to socialize with gay and/or bisexual men in an environment that may offer both clothing and/or clothing optional venues. Women and transgenders may be denied access or entry into areas or areas designated strictly for men. This is consistent with policies regarding women only gay resorts as well as women only clothing optional gay hotels and establishments as they do not generally allow male Guests on or off their designated property.
As a luxury gay resort curated as the first of its kind in the world aimed at a marketed audience, Urban Ground Resort, LLC, asks all Guests, visitors, and strangers of all Nationalities regardless of race, color, religion, origin, gender, sexual orientation, and social politics to refrain from discrimination, hostility, and aggression towards our marketed demographic while on venue property against them based on their race, gender, sexual orientation, and social politics, as such discrimination, hostility, and aggression go against our standing policy of providing an environment free of fear and oppression towards our chosen and marketed demographic.
The promotion of dignity, equality, self-affirmation, and visibility as opposed to shame and social indignity is the champion that drives the “ultimate social experience” open to all guests, visitors, or strangers of Village Resorts Hospitality Group properties. We champion an environment where all persons are valued and treated with respect regardless of social categories.
I stand firm and committed to offering an environment for all future residents and Guests that is free from fear, oppression, and social indignity and ask all Guests to refrain from discrimination, hostility, and aggression towards my marketed demographic based on their race, gender, sexual orientation, and social politics.
I apologize for the disruption and inconvenience in the development of many properties promoted and advertised by myself and Village Resorts Hospitality Group, LLC, and I thank you for your continued interest and patience as I strive to offer the "ultimate resort experience."
